Boasting an uber-high-output, the SH-6B is capable of backing up everything from old-school metal to contemporary grindcore, and thanks to the four-conductor wiring, it can even be coupled with a coil-split switch to unleash sparkling, single-coil-style tone.

The SH-6b Distortion Bridge: Tight-and-Mean Lows and Bright-and-Fierce Highs

The big ceramic magnet combines with an overwound coil for a greatly increased output that doesn't come at the cost of sonic clarity. In fact, the core sound is framed by a seriously tight low-range and bright-and-fierce trebles, making it cut out for standard tuning as well as lower tunings.
